Even when it was obvious in December that the condo bazaar was slowing, Ted Charron went in front and bought a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Tampa, Fla., where some business experts say the froth is especially foamy.
He did not buy the condo to turn it for a fast profit, though, but to tap the mounting command for rentals, a spin-off of the condo conversions that have swept from side to side urban areas nationwide.
