A new campus study confirms that Northeast Polk County and Four Corners are magnets for an active vacation home commerce, and in turn the commerce is serving to offer Polk County by you with $3.5 million in tourism-development tax income.
Our industry continues to grow and supply to the dues composed in the four counties nearby Walt Disney World, said David Leather, president of the Central Florida assets manager relationship.
Vacation rentals have been one of the heavy monetary engines in Four Corners, and likely the initial serious industry to begin replacing the unprotected citrus groves that once completed up so much of this area.
