Hidalgo County pulls out of fitness area

Hidalgo County commissioners voted 3-2 on Tuesday to pull exposed of the Rio Grande Valley Health armed forces District despite numerous passionate appeals.

Islands move toward mixed-use accommodations reflects region wide trend
