Oil Paintings Great art picks up where nature ends, as per Marc Chagall. Art is something which can be attached with ability, perception and motivation. It is the mental call for a newer innovation that is attached or not attached with nature. Art begins and ends in itself. Painting is an art. The tool used to create graphics on the paper is not concerned. It is the idea that matters. It gels with color, bright or light, and the success in presenting the idea in a way one intended. Painting can be oil painting, tempera, water color, Fresco and lot more. Even oil painting can be divided in to many types like oil painting on canvas, oil on copper or oak, and oil on wood and panel. It depends upon the artist to select the best medium and tool to fulfill his creative aspiration. Art, in terms of painting, when considered as a whole can be categorized in to sections like abstract art, floral art, still life, waterscapes, western art and many more. There are also the effervescent Victorian paintings which stand apart from all the contemporary paintings with its patrons employing both skill and efficiency with creativity on to the canvas. Victorian paintings have narrated stories in such a way that they could neither be imitated nor followed in the same line by anyone who followed the same path. It had a specific structure and magnetic power to attract art lovers and make them stick on to its bosom. With life ideas changed. With ideas, art changed. As art did not have a specific structure well defined or clear cut, newer methods were employed. Thus, contemporary art came up in a redefined fashion and made sure it communicated the right message. Even in this, early movements did make an influence because nothing is newly born; in art, everything is either a continuation or a modification of something already established. Impressionism continued to rule the canvas. It had a touching effect on the artists who ardently followed the path of their patrons. Reproduction paintings thus came in to existence and it put in to foray the best works of the artists who created a niche in the world of painting. With no specific distinction between various types of paintings like abstract or modern, contemporary or classic, nature scenes or military, reproduction paintings dealt with every form of art. It reproduced paintings with the same efficiency and originality and it reflected the same effect as of the original painting. Art is free and there are no limitations and no-no in art. Everything is accepted as far as the creativity is enveloped in thoughts and the thoughts are blindly brought out in such a way that it is an after-effect of suppressed feelings. Painting is only one form of art and the result of painting is always satisfaction in the birth or rather re birth of an inspiration fresh or stale.
